Meeting Minutes
November 4, 2020 6:00 PM
1. Attendees Emily Goggin-President, Chelsea Scoggin- Treasurer, Casey Jackson-Secretary, Tiffany
Cannon, Victoria Mueller, Michele Cheesman, Amber Ibarra, James Bolish
2. Vote for PTO- All attendees vote YES. Paperwork will be filed and dues for the four officers will
be collected. After tax ID number is issues PTA will work on getting parents and teachers to join.
James Bolish appointed at Vice President.
3. We have received $150.00 in gift card donations from Walmart that can be used for future
events. Emily will work on getting more donations from neighborhood markets and we will be
applying for grants through the Walmart Foundation once we receive the Tax ID.
3.2 We will reach out to Target again for donations to the Christmas shop.
3.3 Letters to Colorado Sports teams will be sent when we receive tax ID so they can use it as a
tax write off
3.4 For the Christmas shop flyers will be made for parents. We will reach out to the community
for donations. Walmart gift cards could also be used to purchase items for the shop.
